Bérénice Marlohe is a French actress and model who shot to international fame when it was announced that she had been won the supporting role of Bond Girl, Severine, in Skyfall. The producers explained that she fit the profile of a glamorous and enigmatic character who they were seeking. She will be fourth French actress to feature as a Bond girl and auditioned for the film following a conversation with a friend.

Marlohe was born on the 19th of May, 1979, she is bilingual and can speak fluent English and French. To improve as an actor, she studied at the Alumnus of the School of Theatre Brout.

Bérénice Marlohe has starred in several French TV shows one of which was “Père et Maire”—a TV show directed by Vincent Giovanni. Other TV shows include “Femmes de loi”, “Equipe médicale d’urgence”. She also starred in a number of commercials, the most notable of which was an advert for the automobile company Dacia.
