A specialist cinema in Barcelona will be showing a six-film 007 retrospective in May shown in 35mm or projected digitally in 4K depending on the film and shown in English.
Phenomena describes itself as “The Ultimate Cinematic Experience” and specialises in showing films from the 70s, 80s and 90s, although movies from other eras are also shown.
Some of the choices are perhaps a little odd and I’d have preferred to see Sean Connery better represented, but all the actors in the Eon series are represented. If anyone is in the Catalan capital on Saturday 23rd May for the screening of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service then let me know as I’ll try and attend the screening.
