Routemaster bus could star in Bond film for the second time [The London Evening Standard]

London mayor Boris Johnson drove the first of a new line of Routemaster buses off the production line today in Northern Ireland today, naturally painted bright red. According to an article published on the website of The London Evening Standard today:

Daniel Moylan, deputy chairman of Transport for London, said: “The James Bond people want it for their movie. We have received approaches. When people see the bus they love it.”

With the Skyfall press conference just yesterday it could well be an easy bit of publicity for Transport for London though.
