Strongly rumoured before the Skyfall press conference in November and since strenuously denied, it now seems that Naomie Harris may have confirmed that she will be playing Miss Moneypenny in Skyfall after all. In an article published on the DialAFlight website Harris talks about her experiences of holidaying in the Maldives. However, the article ends with her saying:
There will certainly be some exotic locations, but as Miss Moneypenny I’ll probably get no further than Pinewood Studios! But if we had the chance, we would return to the Maldives in a heartbeat.
That suggests that the article was written some time ago as she is scheduled to take part in filming in Turkey. And while it does appear to confirm Moneypenny in the role, there is always the possibility that her role has changed since being signed for the film.
