Announcement from James Bond Radio:

Our Tribute to the late, great SIR ROGER MOORE!

Sir Roger Moore sadly passed away aged 89 on May 23rd 2017. As the ever popular, ever charming “People’s Bond” we decided to suspend our regular programming and instead put together a tribute to the great man.

We wanted to give a voice to Sir Roger’s fans around the world, so we put out a request for messages from the JBR listeners. What can only be described as a “server melting” response followed with over 3 hours of voicemails all sharing stories, memories and favourite moments of Sir Roger.

Be warned: Making it through this podcast without shedding a tear will be more challenging than a trip through Scaramanga’s fun house. Tissues at the ready!

In order to remember the great man, we decided to set up a Just Giving ‘In Memory of Sir Roger’ page to donate to the charity he dedicated so much of his time to – UNICEF.

To make a much appreciated pledge, please click on the below link and donate what you can, however large or small. I’m sure Sir Roger will be smiling down appreciatively, eye-brow raised and a twinkle in his eye! 🙂
