Designing 007, the exhibition originally at the Barbican and curated in partnership with Bronwyn Cosgrove and Lindy Hemming, will move to Madrid from 6th May 2015 and run until the end of August.
In the past the exhibition has visited Toronto, Shanghai, Melbourne, Moscow and is currently in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
The organisers were given unprecedented access to the archives of Eon Productions and takes a look at 50 years of Bond films, from Dr No through to Skyfall, from the point of view of design, whether it be costumes, film sets, cars, gadgets, special effects or anything else to do with the James Bond films.
The exhibition will take place at Madrid’s Fernán Gómez Centro Cultural de la Villa.
