Community shaken and stirred by 007 rejection [Press and Journal]

Duntrune Castle, which had been mentioned by its owner as a shooting locations for the finale of Skyfall, may not be used after all. Press and Journal reports:

The end scenes of Skyfall – starring actor Daniel Craig as the famous special agent – were due to be filmed at Duntrune Castle on Poltalloch Estate, near Lochgilphead, in February next year.

It had been reported that several days of shooting were schedule for the end of February 2012 and would include external shots of the castle being attacked by land and air.
