Second unit shooting at location near Aviemore in the Highlands.

After filming at various London locations recently, Bond 25 is now filming in Scotland.
I previous covered London location filming after Daniel Craig was seen with his Aston Martin on 30th June in Whitehall. Eon released photos on social media while onlookers widely shared their own snaps and videos.
Since then Craig and Naomie Harris were seen at a terraced houses at an unspecified location at the start of July and, on the 12th, on and around Hammersmith Bridge.
But now it has been confirmed that the production will shoot at Aviemore in Scotland. It’s on the banks of Loch Laggan to the west of Cairngorms National Park. Initially news stories focused on the temporary accommodation built for crew members but STV News shared a video of a convoy of cars.

The cars are similar to those recently seen on location in Norway, leading to the obvious conclusion that Scotland will be used to represent Norway in Bond 25 (below).
It could of course be that those Norway scenes will be used to represent Scotland though. That’s less likely as the bridge on the Atlantic Road is so iconic.
It seems to be the second unit currently shooting in Aviemore but main cast members are expected on location in the forthcoming weeks. Next month the production heads for Italy, where it will continue to work until towards the end of September.
