Roger Deakins turns down Bond 24

Roger Deakins, who won so much praise for his cinematography work on Skyfall, will not be returning for Bond 24 according to one industry commentator on Twitter last night. Kristopher Tapley of HitFix.com tweeted:

Deakins shot Skyfall digitally and produced some stunning shots with the setup he picked. So we now don’t know who will be cinematographer or whether Bond 24 will be shot on film or digitally.
