While the main unit may have finished in Rome, SPECTRE‘s second unit continues shooting a car chase between the Aston Martin DB10 and Jaguar C-X75. In the video above you can see the cars equipped with rigs for cameras and lighting.

Location work continues in Rome and so snippets of footage keep appearing online. The footage, shot at night by the side of the river Tiber (above), might be considered to contain spoilers, so watch at your own peril.

Sam Mendes says he returned to James Bond for SPECTRE because of the story, adding that the plot is driven by Bond. He also says that he wanted to develop the new characters he introduced in Skyfall – M, Q and Moneypenny.    

Great news for Bond fans living in and around the British capital, with the announcement that the London Film Museum’s Bond in Motion exhibition, which was due to run until March, has been extended indefinitely.  The official 007 Twitter account earlier tweeted the above photo from Rome, saying simply “Two supercars, one beautiful city”.  The last few days have seen the main unit shorting a car chase through the Eternal City, where the production is based until March.
