A cinema poster for Goldfinger dating from 1964 recently sold for £2,000 at auction in Newcastle.

The poster was one of a number of original posters collected by a cinema employee of the time who had stored the Goldfinger poster, and several others, in a cupboard at home. In all the seller raised £3,130 for his poster collection.
The auction took place last month at auctioneers Anderson and Garland.
