The sad news has been announced that Louis Jourdan, who played the villainous Kamal Khan in Octopussy (1983), died on Saturday at the age of 93.
During the Second World War the French TV and cinema actor was involved in the printing and distribution of anti-German leaflets in France and after the war starred in a number of Hollywood films. He is best remembered for Gigi (1958), which won nine Oscars, including Best Picture.
