James Bond star Daniel Craig in Glencoe filming new movie Skyfall [The Daily Record]

Daniel Craig was photographed in Scotland yesterday, where the production crew has been located for a few days and two Aston Martin DB5s seen filming on the open road. This was the first time Craig, who was joined by Judi Dench, had been spotted during filming in Scotland, which also involved Ben Collins, formerly The Stig on BBC’s Top Gear.According to The Daily Record:

And although it wasn’t the most glamorous location Bond has visited, it was a real homecoming for the character as the Skyfall cameras rolled in Buachaille Etive Mor and Glencoe.

Bond author Ian Fleming loved the area and wrote that the spy’s father Andrew hailed from Glencoe.
