According to Deadline Hollywood Skyfall will imminently break the $100 million figure at the box office in all territories it’s been released to so far. Separately, the official 007 twitter feed has announced that Skyfall broke the UK record for the best opening week.
With the budget on the film lower than both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace this is good news, although the marketing budget on the new film is much higher. This all bodes well for the US release of the film in a few days time.
