Daniel Craig drives DB5 for Aston Martin centenary celebrations at Nurburgring

Daniel Craig made a surprise appearance at the Nurburgring at the weekend where he drove the Skyfall Aston Martin DB5 on a lap to celebrate Aston Martin’s centenary.

Craig reportedly climbed into the DB5, with licence plate BMT 216A, after arriving by helicopter and joined a parade of 100 Aston Martins for a lap of the famous circuit.

Other models reportedly included a 1951 DB2/4 and a 1953 DB3, while Sir Stirling Moss drove his old DBR1.

Are there any photos of Daniel Craid driving the Aston Martin in Nurburgring available ?

  • Bernard Brulé says:

…But the DB5 driven here was not the one used in SKLYFALL and you know why? The handwheel is at left and the one in SKYFALL was at right.
