Last Friday saw the auction of various pieces of Bondmania up at Christie’s. Entitled “50 Years of James Bond – The Auction”, 40 lots were available online, while 10 more were also available at an invitation charity action at Christie’s on Friday with proceeds going to twelve charitable organisations, which benefited from a total of £724,600 raised by the auction.
Some of the ten items picked for Friday’s auction were hand-picked from the archives of Eon Productions; each item is shown with its estimate in brackets and the final selling price below, showing all items massively beat their estimates:
