Bond 25 cast and crew arrive in Jamaica

Daniel Craig aboard jet that brought cast and crew to Kingston.

Daniel Craig and Michael G Wilson were among Bond 25 cast and crew who touched down at Norman Manley International Airport in Jamaica yesterday aboard a chartered Airbus A340 arriving from London Stansted.

However, instead of a long-anticipated press conference in which various details were expected to be revealed, TV segments on Good Morning Britain (GMB) and Good Morning America (GMA) have been teased. While a press conference was initially expected on Thursday, everything points to that not happening.

Most recently SPECTRE’s title and cast were introduced at a press event streamed on YouTube. In comparison broadcast TV is positively last century and has upset a lot of fans (this one included).

Presumably the exclusive TV reveals on British and US television tie in with equally exclusive access to the stars in the run up to the film’s premiere next year. Both shows upload material to Youtube after broadcasting, so you will probably be able to watch the segments after the event. The YouTube channels are found here: GMB | GMA.

GMB videos should appear some time after midday in the UK and will be added to The James Bond Dossier once live.

There may also be a press release to coincide with the start of filming. If/when that appears I’ll also share that on the website.
