Aston Martin DB5 in Matera [video]

One of the replica Aston Martin DB5s expected to be used in a stunt shoot for No Time to Die was on display yesterday in Matera’s Piazza San Pietro Caveoso.

According to local media shooting is planned between 7am and 7pm in the city centre this Sunday, with the car used for test purposes ahead of filming. A number of cars are expected to take park in the sequence, which will see parking restricted in numerous streets and, presumably, traffic restrictions.

One thing of note: the car has a panel in the roof as you would expect from a car fitted with an ejector seat. The panel outline may simply be a detail, but it suggests also that the ejector seat may get used in the new film.
