Bazeer Flumore talks about collecting the Bond books in paperback.

When and how did you first get bitten by the Bond bug?
Around 1980 when I was 11. I started collecting after realising I’d acquired an incomplete Raymond Hawkey – Pan set from my Dad.
What’s your favourite item in your collection and why?

That’s a tough one however today I’m going to say my copy of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service published by Pan with a misprinted cover.
What item would you most like to add?
I’m always searching for more paperbacks to add to my collection. Currently though I’m also looking for Signet, Pan and Triad Panther box sets of Bond novels.
What’s your biggest obstacle to collecting, or is there a tip you’d like to share?
Like everyone… money. But as we don’t have an endless supply my tip is to try and concentrate on a particular aspect of Bond collecting rather than buying anything and everything.
Anything else?
If you see something you like and can afford to buy it… then buy it immediately. Otherwise when you return the next day the item will be gone and you’ll spend months searching the web trying to buy another copy for three times the price.
