James Bond Blu-Ray Box Set released in October 2012

For anyone wondering when the remainder of the James Bond films would be released on Blu-Ray the wait is over. It was announced at an event at CES 2012 in Las Vegas that all the movies would be released to mark the 50th Anniversary of Bond on the big screen, including a box set that is sure to become a hot with fans around the world.

All the films were digitally scanned a few years ago by film restoration company Lowry Digital, who captured each movie frame by frame in super high definition for the Ultimate Edition DVDs. Now those digital captures have been used for the Blu-Rays, which had been delayed due to the financial problems experienced by Metro-Goldwyn-Meyer.
