The new James Bond book, previously known simply as Project X, was formally unveiled today at at a press conference in Dubai where part of the book will be set.
The book is entitled Carte Blanche and will reboot James Bond to the present day. It is written by Jeffery Deaver, author of The Bone Collector, who joins the ranks of continuation authors since the death of Ian Fleming in 1964.
The book is said to feature a Bentley, the literary 007’s preferred car, and will be available on 26th May.
