Anniversary of The Man With The Golden Gun publication in UK [1965]

Ian Fleming’s 13th James Bond book, The Man With The Golden Gun, was first published in the UK on 1st April 1965 by Jonathan Cape. It was the first Bond book to be published posthumously.

James Bond tracks Scaramanga down to Jamaica, where he is hired by the hit man while he holds a meeting of shareholders in his hotel.
