When Corgi first produced its Aston Martin DB5 in 1965 there would have been no way that the company could have ever predicted its success of both its James Bond model cars, or the James Bond phenomenon as a whole.

The news lends more weight to the strong indications circulating since the London premier of Casino Royale that the new film will continue Casino Royale’s storyline directly.

Following our news roundup of Bond 22 yesterday, MI6 is reporting today that Roger Michell recently spoke to Metro about his reasons for walking away from the next Bond film.
