Since being released on DVD and Blu-Ray last week in the UK, Skyfall has sold nearly 2 million copies according to the Official Charts Company.
A total of 1.986 million copies were sold in the first week, representing 45% of all DVD/Blu-Ray sales, of which 544,000 were sold on the high definition Blu-Ray format, giving Skyfall the biggest first week tally of any Blu-Ray released to date, eclipsing both Avatar and The Dark Knight Rises.
