Signed Skyfall whisky to be auctioned at Sotheby’s

A bottle of a rare Scotch whisky that appeared in Skyfall and signed by the cast is to be auctioned to raise money for former and serving members of GCHQ.

The bottle of The Macallan 1962 is signed by Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem and Bérénice Marlohe and was seen on screen in the scene where Silva challenges Bond to shoot a glass of the whisky from the top of Severine’s head.

1962 of course is that date that Dr No was first released and the whisky was a nod to half a century of James Bond films.

The bottle will be auctioned on 17th April by Sotheby’s in London, with opening bods starting at £5,000.
