James Bond Rolex watch going up for auction next month [Ubergizmo]

There is considerable discussion about which model of watch James Bond wore in Ian Fleming’s novels but far more evidence for anyone looking to emulate the movie version of 007. However, not many people have the opportunity to wear a screen used 007 timepiece, as is coming up for auction. According to Ubergizmo:

It’s the Rolex 5513 from the movie Live And Let Die. Yes, the watch with the built-in buzzsaw and high intensity magnetic bullet shield. While the watch won’t be able to do all those things it did in the movie, it does feature Roger Moore’s signature on the back.

The price estimate ranges from a cool $230,000 up to $450,000.
