Daniel Craig returns to filming early after knee op

SPECTRE teaser poster

Daniel Craig is reported to have returned early to the SPECTRE shoot in London after an operation to fix a knee injury sustained during filming.

Eon Productions had previously said he would be out of action until 22nd April, but a report in the Daily Mail, citing The Sun, says Craig is back in action with his stunt double doing any scenes involving running until his knee has fully recovered.

I haven’t been able to find the original Sun story, but several websites reporting on the story all refer to The Sun.
