Classic Bond films picked for Great Digital Film Festival

Two classic Bond films are being showcased in the Great Digital Film Festival, a week long presentation across Canadian cinemas scheduled between 31st January and 6th February this year.

George Lazenby’s single outing as 007, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, will be shown on 4th February, as will Sean Connery’s fourth Bond film, Thunderball.

All the James Bond films were digitally restored several years ago by Lowry Digital and Bond fans owning the restored versions on DVD or Blu-Ray can testify to the improvement over prior releases. However, the films are rarely shown on the big screen and so this is a good opportunity for Canadian fans to see the films in all their glory.
